Service Description
PDFMagik provides free online tools for processing PDF files, including but not limited to:
- Merging, splitting, and compressing PDF files
- Converting between PDF and other formats
- Editing, signing, and annotating PDFs
- Image processing and optimization tools
All tools are provided free of charge. No subscription or payment is required.
File Upload & Processing
- You retain full ownership of all files you upload to PDFMagik.
- Files are processed on our servers solely for the purpose of performing the requested operation.
- All uploaded and processed files are automatically deleted within 5 hours.
- We do not access, review, or use the content of your files for any purpose other than processing.
User Responsibilities
When using PDFMagik, you agree to:
- Not upload files containing illegal or harmful content.
- Not attempt to overload, hack, or disrupt our servers or services.
- Not use automated tools to mass-process files beyond normal usage.
- Not use our service for any unlawful purpose.
- Ensure you have the right to process any files you upload.
User Accounts
Account creation is optional. If you create an account:
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
- You must provide accurate information during registration.
- You can delete your account at any time from the Settings page.
Limitation of Liability
PDFMagik is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We are not liable for any data loss, file corruption, or damages arising from the use of our service. Always keep backup copies of important files.
Prohibited Uses
You may not use PDFMagik to:
- Process files that violate intellectual property rights.
- Distribute malware or harmful content.
- Engage in any activity that could damage or impair the service.
- Scrape, crawl, or extract data from our website.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of PDFMagik after changes constitutes acceptance.
